Chile con Queso y Papas (Chiles with Cheese and Potato)

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of Chile con Queso y Papas (Chiles with Cheese and Potato). You don't find this Mexican dish in restaurants and it's a shame. It holds memories of me roasting chiles with my mom and stealing the stringy melted cheese.   This authentic Mexican dish combines roasted Hatch green chiles, Poblano chiles, diced tomatoes, and Yukon gold potatoes in a saucy, cheesy delight. Out of potatoes?! Simply substitute them with corn or zucchini to make the most of summer's bountiful produce. Perfect for any meal, this versatile recipe can be enjoyed as a main course, as a burrito, a standout side dish, or even for a tasty Mexican breakfast served alongside eggs. Adobo, which is often overlooked, elevates the flavor to a whole new level. It's an all-purpose seasoning that effortlessly brings together flavors while accentuating the freshness of the ingredients. Our version takes inspiration from Latin roots, featuring an aromatic blend of onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and a touch of orange zest.  Vegetarian and gluten-free, it's a culinary masterpiece worth savoring.

Everything Bagel Oven Eggs

Everything Bagel Oven Eggs

Ah, this toast—a flavor symphony that will make your taste buds sing. Smoky, delicate salmon, paired with the bitter bite of greens and the velvety richness of creamy cheese, all perched atop crispy, crunchy bread. To really amp up the decadence, you'll want to layer the ingredients generously, pushing down with a ramekin or using your fingers to ensure every inch of bread is covered in savory goodness. And here's where it gets really indulgent - two golden egg yolks, perfectly nestled on top to act as a built-in sauce that will ooze and meld with the other ingredients as it bakes. And the finishing touch? The crowning glory? A generous sprinkle of Everything Bagel Spice, lending a bright, savory depth to this already complex and delightful dish. Pop it all in the oven and wait for the magic to happen—those yolks will blister and bubble, creating a mouth-watering texture that perfectly complements the flavors below. One bite of this toast, and you'll feel like you're sitting in a cozy Parisian café, savoring every morsel of this decadent treat.

Rosy Yogurt Bark

Rosy Yogurt Bark

No wonder yogurt bark has gone viral! It tastes like you are indulging and no cooking is involved. All you need is a sheet pan and yogurt at the base. Here I tried to mimic the flavors of granola by using crunchy almonds and dates for sweetness. It makes the perfect snack with added fruitiness from raspberries and the mix of creamy and cold frozen yogurt. Since we always spice it up, we sprinkled in Roses, which make this snack beautiful and taste like a fancy dessert.
