Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Optional toppings: Chopped apples or nuts

Directions

  1. In a bowl or a glass jar, combine the old-fashioned rolled oats, oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple sugar, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Maple Sugar.
  2. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill and soak overnight or for at least 4 hours. This allows the oats to absorb the flavors and soften.
  5. Before serving, give the overnight oats a good stir to combine any settled ingredients.
  6. If desired, top with apples for added texture before serving.
