Most orders will ship "standard" shipping, which is usually Ground Advantage from the US Postal Service.

Email us at spiceadvice@worldspice.com. If there is damage, please include photos or a video. If the package is missing or failed delivery, we'll wait a day or two to see if it turns up (it usually does), and then work on filing a claim for replacement.
