Seattle Salmon Rub

Brush 2 pounds of salmon fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with Seattle Salmon Rub. Place on pre-soaked grilling planks. Grill over medium-high heat (400°F) for 10-12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and white fat appears. Serve immediately.
