- 1 lb vine tomatoes, halved
- 1 white onion (1 cup) , thinly sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Berbere, ground
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Pacific Flake Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved tomatoes, sliced onions, olive oil, Berbere seasoning, and Pacific Flake Sea Salt.
- Toss the tomatoes and onions to ensure they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
