One-Bowl Caribbean Spice Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup red onion, small diced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Pacific Flake Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ground Caribbean Spice
  • 1 lb cooked and peeled baby shrimp
For Serving:
  • Radishes, sliced into rounds
  • Cilantro, chopped (Optional)
  • Saltine cracker or toast

Directions

In a medium sized bowl add the red onion, vinegar, lime juice, salt, ketchup, mayonnaise, and Caribbean Spice. Stir to combine. 

Fold in the baby shrimp until coated.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Garnish with cilantro and serve with crisp radishes and crackers. (If you wish!)
