One-Bowl Caribbean Spice Shrimp Salad
Experience a budget-friendly delight with our one-bowl Savory Caribbean Shrimp Salad. This recipe is made using pantry staples and Caribbean Spice. When baby shrimp are used, it requires minimal chopping.

Simply fold in the cooked baby shrimp, refrigerate, and allow all the gorgeous flavors like Thyme, Ginger, and Paprika to meld together, creating extra yumminess.

Indulge in this easy recipe that's perfect for a quick lunch, a BBQ side dish, or just about any occasion!

Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup red onion, small diced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Pacific Flake Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ground Caribbean Spice
  • 1 lb cooked and peeled baby shrimp
For Serving:
  • Radishes, sliced into rounds
  • Cilantro, chopped (Optional)
  • Saltine cracker or toast

Directions

In a medium sized bowl add the red onion, vinegar, lime juice, salt, ketchup, mayonnaise, and Caribbean Spice. Stir to combine. 

Fold in the baby shrimp until coated.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Garnish with cilantro and serve with crisp radishes and crackers. (If you wish!)
