Mississippi Pot Roast

Mississippi Pot Roast

Mississippi Pot Roast is one of the easiest, most flavorful meals I have made in a long time thanks to the combination of Italian Herbs and Ranch Seasoning that make an incredibly delicious broth. Combine that with the tangy brine from the pepperoncinis, and you've got yourself an epic combo that (if possible) is even better as leftovers. Cook it slow in the oven or set it and forget it with 6 hours in the crockpot on medium. Either way, this dish is simple to make and ideal for potlucks. I won't try to tell you how to eat yours, but I LOVED the meat as a sandwich on a hoagie roll. Try it as a sandwich or get creative in your serving style—the sky's the limit here. The original dish is known for its simplicity and bold flavors, and our World Spice version brings those flavors to a whole new level.

Buffalo Totchos

Buffalo Totchos

In the realm of culinary fusion, which can admittedly be hit or miss, "totchos" are a stroke of pure pub-fare genius. Universally beloved, the combination of tater tots and nachos are proof positive that good things can be made even better. So we thought we'd see just how far we could take it with a couple of beloved spice flavors. Yes, Buffalo Spice on chicken and fresh Ranch dressing for the drizzle and dunk.

Flour Tortillas

Flour Tortillas

It's no secret that flour tortillas are champions of versatility! You can top them with anything, fill them with anything, and they work great for snacks or for meals. What's less well known, however, is that they're also incredibly easy to make! Really! And nothing beats a fresh, warm tortilla. When making tortillas at home, use the opportunity to be creative! By using different spices or flours, you can inject a little flair into your recipe, and make your tortillas truly unique! In this recipe, we use Saffron and Butterfly Pea Flower to give our tortillas unique and distinctive colors. You can substitute a portion of the all-purpose flour for other flours, too, for more flavor and texture variety.Recipes such as this one traditionally use lard, but we've found that vegetable oil makes a perfectly suitable substitution. It's easy to double or triple this recipe, and they'll keep in your refrigerator in an airtight container for a couple of weeks. Homemade tortillas are best when fresh, though, and we don't think you'll have any problem finding ways to use them!

Sorry corn, I love you, but I don't need you anymore. I have a new BFF - and it's name is cauliflower. Please don't be jealous - you'll always have a place in my kitchen, just not when it comes to making tortillas. Cauliflower, the new low-carb darling, does an amazing job at creating flavorful, flexible tortillas good enough for sandwich wraps, tacos, enchiladas - even lasagna, if seasoned properly. And that's the beauty of this recipe - you can flavor these tortillas any way you like, whether it's for Mexican food, Greek gyros, or, and here's the most amazing thing of all: as a stand-in for Caraway Rye Bread. Oh, how I've missed the unmistakable flavor of a fresh slice of rye bread! Well, I'm here to tell you that it's back on the menu, cauliflower style. Crowd Pleasing Party Dips

Crowd Pleasing Party Dips

Perfect for snacking or for parties, spiced yogurt dips are easy to make and keep well in the fridge for up to a week. One container of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream and 2-3 tablespoons of spice are all you need. Our seasoning blends offer a fresh flavor profile you won't find in the average packet. Our favorite is the Cascade Mushroom Mix because it has a strong dose of onion and garlic along with some powdered Worcestershire for a deep umami flavor.
