Ginger Sunrise Bee's Knees

Designed to make your hosting duties a breeze, batch cocktails impress without the pressure. Starring our Ginger Sunrise Tea for that extra punch of flavor that'll leave you wanting more. A hint of tart lemon juice adds a refreshing kick, while garnishes of lemon slices and candied ginger make for an easy presentation.

Please everyone with a non-alcoholic version by simply omitting the gin! Just mix up the honey, tea, lemon juice, and garnishes, pour it over ice, and you've got yourself a delicious iced tea that's perfect for any occasion.

So, whether you're sipping on the cocktail version or enjoying a refreshing iced tea, our Ginger Sunrise Bee's Knees is sure to be loved.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gin (Oola Featured)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups Ginger Sunrise Tea, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Candied ginger, for garnish

Directions

Brew the Ginger Sunrise Tea:

Steep 4 tablespoons of Ginger Sunrise Tea in 3 cups of boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Once steeped, strain and allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold.

In a large pitcher, combine the Oola Gin, honey, chilled Ginger Sunrise Tea and lemon juice. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved and the ingredients are well mixed.

To Make the Cocktail:

Fill each pint glass with ice cubes.

Pour the prepared cocktail mixture into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.

Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a piece of candied ginger. Give the cocktails a gentle stir to incorporate the garnishes.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing batch of Iced Bee's Knees cocktails!
