At Fulcrum Coffee, on your way to the iconic Space Needle, Kelsey has whipped up a treat: the Honey Graham Latte. It's a luscious espresso shot, crowned with frothy oat milk and graham cracker crumbs, reminiscent of childhood teddy grahams. This latte is a creamy, nostalgic hug, thanks to the honey's sweetness and our unique Cinnamon Toast Spice.

  • 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Once the espresso is ready, sprinkle a few dashes of the Cinnamon Toast Spice Blend on top of the hot espresso. Stir gently to incorporate the spice into the espresso.
  2. Pour the honey directly into the espresso. Stir vigorously until the honey is fully dissolved and well combined with the coffee.
  3. Steam your oat milk or milk of choice. You can use a milk frother or steam it on the stovetop until it's hot and frothy.
  4. Pour the steamed milk over the honey-infused espresso mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon to add it on top at the end.
  5. Top your latte with a bit of foam, and garnish it with graham cracker crumbs to enhance the honey graham flavor and give it a delightful crunch.
  6. Serve your Honey Graham Latte with Cinnamon Toast Spice immediately and enjoy!
