Mayan Cocoa

Heat 1 cup whole milk (or creamy alternative) over low heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons Mayan Cocoa. Continue stirring until just below boiling, then simmer for 3 minutes to infuse flavors. Remove from heat, strain, and sweeten to taste with agave or preferred sweetener. Serve warm in your favorite mug.
