Our organic Matcha is sweet in flavor, smooth, and has plenty of intensity and green tea taste. This finely milled green tea can be used to whisk up a traditional bowl of matcha, or in baked goods like matcha short bread cookies. Try some matcha blended into your breakfast smoothie for vibrant energy. Each pouch contains 2 ounces bag of organic Matcha made from 100% of the Yabukita cultivar.
Directions: Whisk and steep 1 tsp of matcha for a 6 to 8oz bowl at 145°F - 165°F for 2-3 minutes. (Higher temperatures will bring out stronger green tea notes.)
