World Spice+ Launch Promotion Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 11, 2024

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the World Year of Flavor Contest ("Contest") sponsored by World Spice, Inc. ("World Spice", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements for World Spice+ as outlined in the World Spice+ Terms of Service.

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of World Spice, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Void where prohibited by law.
  
  
• No purchase is necessary to participate.

3. Contest Period

• The Contest begins on February 12, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT ("Contest Period").

4. How to Enter

• Online:
  • Join World Spice+ during the Contest Period.
  • Successfully refer another person to join World Spice+ during the Contest Period, who then signs up and pays for a membership.
  • Enter your email address onto the form on the Contest web page.
  • Refer friends to join from the form on the Contest web page.

• By Mail:
  • Legibly handwrite your name, email address, physical mailing address, and a statement that you want to enter the Contest on a postcard.
  • Mail the postcard to: World Spice+ Launch Promotion, 206 Broadway St. #105 Durham, NC 27701
  • Postcards must be received by March 16, 2024, to be eligible.

5. Entry Limits

• You may participate in the Contest multiple times, both online and by mail.

• Each successful new referral during the Contest Period counts as one entry. If you refer two friends and they each sign up — and they had not previously signed up — then you receive two entries.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted by mail.

6. Winner Selection and Prize

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about March 16, 2024.

• The winner will receive a 12-month prize consisting of:
  • $100 worth of World Spice products, chosen by the winner from our online store, delivered monthly for 12 consecutive months.
  • The prize will be distributed in the form of $100 worth of store credit eligible for use in purchasing online or in our retail store.
  • The prize is not redeemable as cash.
  • The total prize value is $1,200 USD.

• The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw and announced publicly on our website and social media channels (with their consent).

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.

• World Spice reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.

8. General Conditions

• World Spice reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.

• World Spice is not responsible for any technical errors, lost, late, or incomplete entries.

• By entering the Contest, you grant World Spice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• These Terms and the World Spice+ Terms of Service govern this Contest. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the World Spice+ Terms of Service.
