This has become a pantry staple. Particularly good for making a savory porridge. Oatmeal using beef broth (Better Than Bullion) with a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of soy sauce, and the Ras El Hanout.

World Spice's Ras El-Hanout is just about my favorite spice blend- perfect for everything from grilled lamb to roasted Japanese sweet potatoes. It is way better than so many other Ras El-Hanout blends- just the right combo of warm spice and floral flavors. Love it.

Fabulous in chili! I let the kids help choose seasonings for a pot of chili, and after sniffing everything I had, this is what they went with. Y'all, it is incredible. Subtle, even mild heat, lovely floral notes, complex background flavor. This is going to be a repeat. Make sure you have a grinder though, some of the ingredients are pretty chunky.

Fantastic! I recently got married and one of our cakes featured Ras El Hanout. We did a Ras El Hanout sponge, topped with a tamarind buttercream. Ras is one of my favorite ways to incorporate savory baking into my life. One of my regular meals are Ras El Hanout Pancakes with pecans and blueberries. I couldn't imagine life without it!
