Fin & Feather BBQ Rub
This rub was created with poultry and fish in mind. We've taken a classic barbecue style rub, heavy on the paprika, black pepper and garlic granules, and lightened it with onion flakes, lemon peel, sage, and marjoram. The result is robust enough to season turkey legs or chicken but subtle and delicate enough for any catch of fish.
Try it on salmon and top with sliced pears. It's delicious. Fin & Feather is also our first choice rub for traditional holiday poultry!
