I did not know the Cascade Mushroom Mix would change my life, but it has. I'd been sitting for years on a chicken salad recipe that called for it and had been working around it with spices I had. The salad was still good, but I wanted to try it as intended. I finally decided to get some and it's a complete gamechanger! Well into my second pouch already!

Fantastic! Just thought I'd try this, as it sounded interesting. It makes the blandest gravy soooo much better, it's more umami than adding beef bullion like I used to do. just don't add too much.
