Foolish me the first time that I used this as I automatically salted my fish as one does. It was too salty. Salt is the second ingredient listed for this blend. The next time I used it and omitted the salt my seafood came out perfectly!
Store owner replied: Yes, typically if the blend has "rub" in the name, it will have salt and/or sugar. That makes it super easy to sprinkle on meat or fish, then throw on the grill or in the pan. I'm glad you figured out how to use it for the seafood you like to cook with.
