The flavors of dried garlic are a little different than the fresh—in some ways more concentrated, but without the more volatile compounds that are lost in the drying process. Regardless, it's convenient!
Dried garlic is also more palatable to some folks who find the fresh version too intense. This granulated form has the best flavor of any we have tried, and it disperses beautifully in any dish from soups and stews to rubs and dips.
Garlic granules, the dried and granulated form of garlic, offer a more concentrated flavor compared to their fresh counterpart, minus the more volatile compounds that are lost during the drying process. This makes them not only convenient but also a milder option for those who might find fresh garlic a bit too intense. These granules are perfect for dispersing evenly in dishes, making them a staple for everything from soups and stews to rubs and dips.
Garlic has been a culinary staple for millennia, with its origins tracing back to Central Asia, primarily in regions that are now part of Iran and Turkmenistan. Ancient civilizations, including the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans, valued garlic for its culinary and medicinal properties. The Egyptians even went so far as to use it as a form of currency and to feed it to the workers building the pyramids to enhance their endurance.
Across different cultures, garlic's role in cuisine has varied significantly. In Italy, it became a cornerstone of Mediterranean cooking, famed for its ability to complement and enhance the flavors of ingredients like tomato and basil. Conversely, in traditional British cuisine, garlic was used more sparingly, often just to subtly season dishes without overwhelming the palate. This contrast illustrates not only the versatility of garlic but also how cultural preferences shape the use of spices.
Garlic granules are simply convenient, saving time while infusing dishes with rich, savory flavor without the overpowering punch of fresh garlic. Whether tossed into a slow-cooked stew or sprinkled over pasta, these granules blend seamlessly, enhancing the dish with their warm, earthy tones.
Did you know that garlic was once believed to ward off vampires, demons, and other evil spirits? This folklore leads to the iconic image of garlic cloves strung around the neck in many old tales and movies. While we can't vouch for its supernatural defenses, we can attest to its ability to ward off blandness from any dish!

These are so great to add to sauces. it adds another dimension, even if used with fresh garlic. The granules are so much better compared to the powder. Kudos to whoever came up with that idea

Okay yes—sauces just hit different with garlic granules. 🧄💥
You’re so right, they’ve got this rich vibe that plays with fresh garlic, not against it. And yeah, whoever decided granules > powder deserves a high five and a raise.
Extremely good, it's replaced garlic powder in my kitchen. Great with some Tuscan season salt on buttered popcorn, great on cheater-garlic bread, breadsticks and focaccia; any time you need the punch of garlic but don't have time to prep or cook some down

Curtis, this is garlic granule greatness! Swapping out garlic powder is a bold move—and clearly the right one. That combo with Tuscan salt on buttered popcorn? Genius. And cheater-garlic bread, breadsticks, focaccia? That’s exactly the kind of shortcut we’re here for. Garlic punch, no prep needed. Respect.

Love the garlic Garlic Granules, they don't seem to clump for me in the years I've used them and they have a stronger flavor than garlic powders I've used, so I can use less.
Pure Garlic Normally when you see a product like this you think garlic salt, but this is pure garlic in granulated form. The flavour is am amazing. I use this instead of garlic salt so I can control the salt amount in the end product and left to absorb some liquid, this gives the perfect garlic punch without having to peak and cut up fresh garlic.
