The flavor profile of the blend is amazing for ground beef! I used it as instructed (2 tsp for 1 lbs) with some added paprika for more vivid coloring and the meat had a very good kick on it. I am yet to try it with other minced meats, but I can see how this would go well on turkey and even pork.

I have used this for chicken and for beef and im planning to add it to my next batxh of chili. I love the smokiness the depth of flavor it adds to any dish I've added it to. At some point I may actually use it to make my own chorizo.

This is an absolute must have in our spice rack. We use it at least once a week. Two cans of beans with the juice, 1/4-1/2 stick of butter, alderwood smoked salt (another favorite!), and Chorizo Bomb to taste (~1.5 tbsp) - low simmer for 15-20 minutes and voila! This is the second year I've used chorizo bomb for venison sausage. We made 25 pounds. The taste is alive with flavor, but not to hot. I recommend it highly.
