I am also a WorldSpice+ member so have received many samples. These are great to try ones I may not normally think about adding to the spice rack, etc. Of these have used the Chimichuri and the Lemon Herb Pepper so far. They are good. I think I am more of a custom-spice person that likes to make my own blends from various spices, but these ones are made well and work. Thinking about trying the Bar H-Rub on some bison steaks soon. The sample-size packets are also handy too, to add to my travel cook kit!
A little goes along way! Flavor works really well with a simple pumpkin or other orange squash soup

Emerald City Seasoning is so Northwest: so outdoorsy and lots of herbs with a little tang of pink peppercorn. White beans (so bland) are crying for some flavor. And here it is.

Pink Chai is my favorite Chai tea. I put maple syrup in it and froth the milk with cinnamon and maple syrup. I drink it every day, so yummy.

Received Chinese all spice as a sample (as well as a fajita mix in the past). Both have been excellent to play around with in the kitchen and add a dose of that sometimes missing flavor palette.

The advieh is very flavorful, I overseasoned the first time I tried it. It was delicious in the yogurt-tahini sauce we used for roast eggplant. Trying white beans and kale next.
It’s interesting to get a spice that I’m unfamiliar with and research how to use it. I enjoy the challenge of successfully incorporating a new flavor into my kitchen.
