Shawarma Spice Marinade

Combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 2 tablespoons Shawarma Spice in a gallon Ziploc bag. Add 2 pounds of your favorite grilling meat or cauliflower florets, and marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Grill and enjoy!
