Atlas spice mills have been hand made using the
same method for 300 years with durable copper and brass bodies and a tool
steel grinding mechanism. The 7" mill (shown on the right below)
is perfect for pepper and seed, corn and pod spices (we do not recommend
it for cinnamon sticks, star anise or whole nutmegs).
Unlike the 8" and 9" mills, this mill's
body, base and cap are copper. Handle is bronze. These are made to last
and carry a lifetime warranty. The craftsmanship is beautiful and would
be a welcome addition to any kitchen.
