Atlas spice mills have been hand made using the
same method for 300 years with durable copper and brass bodies and a tool
steel grinding mechanism. The 9" mill (shown on the left below) is
perfect for pepper and seed, corn and pod spices (we do not recommend
it for cinnamon sticks, star anise or whole nutmegs).
Mill body is copper. Base, cap and handle are bronze.
These are made to last and carry a lifetime warranty. The craftsmanship
is beautiful and would be a welcome addition to any kitchen.
