Yunnan district tea from China starts off the mix that gets rounded out with hints of smoky Lapsang Souchong, mildly sweet Keemun, and North Indian Assam. Think of Yaks and Camels on the Caravan trail while you drink this one and appreciate that your cup came from the pantry, not the backs of these most "aromatic" of animals.
