Capsicum annum
Bell pepper flakes are a flavorful addition to soups, stews or stock of any kind, especially because ours are FRESH! There's a unique sweetness that comes out and develops as they cook. We've added them to trail soup mixes and find that they re-hydrate very well, even at 10,000 feet. These versatile flakes can be included in a variety of spice blends from "salt-substitutes" to steak seasoning. Try them on pizza!
