We mix all of our spice blends by hand in small
batches here at the spice shop and grind them to order within 24 hours
of shipment to keep them fresh. We never use MSG or fillers of any kind,
and we only add salt where salt is needed. (That means you're paying for
spice, not salt!)
There is a two-ounce minimum on
our blends to ensure enough quantity to get good mixing of the ingredients.
All spice blends are packed to order in bags. You can get our airtight
one-cup jars for an extra $2 each. Just make a note on your order if you'd
like them added.
