

Until very recently, Montreal’s population consisted almost entirely of people of British or French descent and this blend shows both a French flair for deft seasoning and a British love of large slabs of beef. A rough and chunky blend of Tellicherry Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Bell Pepper, Thyme, Caraway, Coriander and Kosher salt. It’s easy to see why this seasoning also has a large following in the U.S. It’s also great on potatoes or in hamburger.
