Despite it's name, which means "four spice" in French, this blend never seems to keep a close count on the number of it's ingredients. Used extensively in pate, forcemeat and sausage making as well as a seasoning for hearty stews. But of course. Contains Muntok White Pepper, Tellicherry Black Pepper, Cassia-Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg.
