This unique seasoning combines the flavors of Indonesia on a base of roasted peanuts and coconut. Use it as a crust for fish or as condiment for rice, noodle dishes and salads. One of our favorite ways to use it is tossed with cucumbers and rice wine vinegar. Also contains Lemongrass, Ginger, Cassia, Muntok white pepper, Chinese chiles, garlic, fried Shallots, salt and brown sugar.
