

Folks from Kansas City like to say they’ll barbecue anything that moves. Pork, beef, chicken, lamb, venison, catfish and even squirrel are just some of the meats given the barbecue treatment in Kansas City. To accommodate such a wide array of foods we increased the herb quotient of this rub. Sage, Thyme, and Turkish Oregano mellow the blend so as not to overpower something as delicate as a Cornish game hen. This blend will work fine at stadiums other than Arrowhead.
