There’s a lot of commercial seasoning salts on the market and most are little more than table salt, some old black pepper, stale paprika and MSG. For our version we start with Sea Salt and add fresh dried Onion, Garlic, Hungarian Paprika, and Tellicherry Black Pepper. The key to our seasoning salts complex flavor is a touch of crystallized lemon juice and Pimenton de la Vera, the smoky paprika of Spain.
