

On the East Coast, “Old Bay” Seasoning is a kitchen standard used on and in everything from crab cakes to steamed corn. Unfortunately, the “Old” in the name is accurate…who knows how long that can has been sitting around various warehouses? Our freshly ground take on this classic retains the bright high notes of the bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, and celery seed for a zippy difference that can perk up old recipes.
