You can almost feel the sunshine in this blend, bright with the flavors of Orange and Lemon. Garlic, Onion, Green Bell Peppers, Oregano, Thyme and just a hint of warmth from India Red chiles round out this all-purpose rub. Use it to cheer up seafood, chicken, vegetables, or pasta. Try it with alligator but we suggest skipping the possum.
