With Cassia-Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Allspice, Ginger, Cloves, and Orange Peel your guests will first smell the richness of flavor before settling into a cup of this holiday favorite. Some people even use this blend as potpourri to make the house smell of an old London Cider cart on a cold winter's eve. Dose to personal preference but we start with two tablespoons freshly crushed spice per quart of cider or wine, warmed GENTLY for up to twenty minutes and then strained. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavors. Now go sing some holiday songs already!
