

Baharat simply means "spice" in Arabic and is commonly used in Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Jordan. This blend is used to season lamb and mutton as well as lentils and pilaf dishes. It is a fantastic flavor enhancer and can even perk up plain old meatloaf! Contains: Tellicherry Black Pepper, Coriander, Cloves, Cumin, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cassia and Allspice.
