A classic blend from the south of France, the individual herbs used and their ratios vary from house to house and village to village. Our recipe comes from a French grandmother who uses Savory, Marjoram, Chervil, Thyme, Dill and Tarragon with Lavender added at your request. Use liberally in soups, stews and bean dishes whenever a taste of France is desired.
