

This blend from northern India has a curry-like nature but with a sweeter taste. Coriander, Cardamom, Cumin, Cassia, Cloves, Mace, Bay and Tellicherry Black Pepper combine to make a great all purpose seasoning for meats, pilafs, and vegetables. Garam Masala has a natural affinity for lamb but try it as a rub for chicken, beef and even salmon.
